Construction cleaning in four steps
Rough clean
Construction dust, spills and packaging are removed as the build progresses.
Detailed clean
Every surface is cleaned: joinery, vents, fuse boxes, window frames and floors.
Window cleaning
Glass, frames and sashes, inside and out. Labels and construction tape are removed.
Final clean
The last pass before inspection and moving in.

Frequently asked questions
How quickly can you supply staff?
We can often send individual tradespeople as soon as the next working day. A whole team normally takes a few days.
How long does construction cleaning take?
A flat normally takes a day; larger premises take several. We plan around the inspection date.
What if the inspector finds fault with the cleaning?
We clean those areas again at no extra cost.
Do you offer regular cleaning contracts?
Yes, for offices, stairwells and properties. We also take one-off jobs such as move-out and deep cleaning.
